The world of computers breaks down into two distinct halves: PC (IBM based “personal computers”) and Mac (Apple Macintosh). In all fairness, though, the PC is far more than half the market. As it is a more popular platform, the PC has more software written for it and is able to network more easily with more computers. It is also possible to build a custom built PC, but not a Mac.
If you asked people if they’d like to build their own computer, you’d probably get some baffled looks. To most, putting together a custom built computer sounds a shade less complicated than rocket science. It’s not. In fact, it can be quite simple.
Computer solutions are everywhere. There is little denying that the computer has revolutionized the way we do almost everything. Home computers today are a prime means of correspondence, media storage, finance tracking, and, of course, the most popular way to connect to the Internet, where we shop, research, listen to music and more.
